What we keep
When you send the form we receive your message, the topic you picked, your email address so we can reply, and your name if you give it. We use these only to answer you and deal with any follow-up, then delete them. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Reporting a mistake
Pick Correction as the topic and include the page address, what looks wrong and, if you have one, a link to a source that shows the right answer. The corrections page explains what happens next.

Pick Sponsorship or collaboration as the topic. Sponsored material is always labelled, and nobody can pay to change our content, questions, data or conclusions. The disclosure page sets out the rules.
